Five Teas To Ensure Health - http://clapway.com/2015/10/10/tea-time-five-teas-ensure-health/

Who – in their right mind – enjoys feeling sick or tired when traveling or adventuring? Absolutely no one. From hiking, to sightseeing, to lounging by the pool, everyone wants to feel his or her best while out in the world—and what better way to do that then by making yourself a cup of tea? Not only is tea savory and easy to brew (heat water, add teabag), but it’s also beneficial to your health. Need we say more? Below, five soothing teas to ensure you’re always at your best on your many travels and adventures.

Peppermint Tea

Muscles hurt from your morning hike? Bloated and you absolutely hate it? Or perhaps, your foreign dinner isn’t settling right? Drink peppermint tea. The tea is known to help relieve the symptoms of abdominal gas, bloating, nausea, and muscle spasms by heating up the body and thus, making it sweat.

Genmaicha
Referred to colloquially as “popcorn tea,” genmaicha is a Japanese green tea that contains roasted brown rice that pops during the roasting process. Best suited as a mid-day pick-me-up for energy, the tea is quite unique in how it’s made: It is recommended to use boiled water with a brewing time of only 30 seconds.

Lemon Balm Tea
Considered an easy plant to cultivate, lemon balm tea features genmaicha’s pick-me-up qualities—but for the mind. “It’s good for the winter blahs,” says herbalist Marianne Beacon of Elderberry Herbals in Peterborough, Ont. to Best Health,“and it can help improve concentration.”

Echinacea

Stuffy nose? Cough? Echinacea purpurea helps ward off common illnesses like the cold and other infections of the respiratory system. A study in the National Center for Biotechnology Information even showed that taking in Echinacea in tea for more than four moths can help in preventing infections.

Lemon Ginger Tea

Ginger is widely known to be an active component when it comes to fighting off sickness—so why not try it with some lemon? Lemon ginger tea contains zingiber and lemon-based compounds, pectin and limonene, that when mixed together create a yummy immune-boosting concoction. The mix is also beneficial in averting bacteria.
