The fans of the first Psychonauts video game will be very happy because Double Fine has officially announced that they are making a sequel. The first game came out way back in 2005, and a sequel was a long time coming for this game. Double Fine has announced a possible release date in the summer of 2018.

Considering that the developer has announced this game as having a release window of 2018, not many game details have been revealed. However, Double Fine did talk a little about what the game could be. Not many gameplay elements were revealed, but they did talk a little bit about the story and characters. They mention how, story wise, this game will be a true sequel and will following up with what the first game was telling. They mention how some characters will be returning to the sequel, as well as some new characters that have not been revealed yet. Raz, Lili, Sasha, Milla, and Ford Cruller are all set to return in Psychonauts 2.

The developers of this game talked about the fact that as a company they have learned a lot in the last 10 years. They mention how the first Psychonauts video game was the first true console game that they had ever made. They say that when they made it they threw elements in the game that they liked in other games. Now, they say they can use the first game as a starting point. Overall, Double Fine just states that they are smarter as a company and have more experience. This should lead a helping hand when making new products.

The new Batman v Superman movie is one that has many fans skeptical. The replacing of Christian Bale with Ben Affleck is a move that could doom this movie from the start. It is not fair to judge a role before the movie is actually seen, but Affleck just does not seem like the kind of guy who could pull off playing Batman.

LEGO BATMAN IS MORE ENTERTAINING THAN THE NEW TRAILER

I have watched many movies where the trailer was amazing, but the movie sucked. A lot of the times when this happens, the trailer reveals all of the awesome moments. This means that the rest of the movie is boring and practically filler. This trailer, though, just lacked entertainment and it certainly does not have me excited to see this movie. The fact that Lego Batman is more fun to play than the new movie trailer is to watch is no doubt a shot at the movie. The Lego game is just a simple platform video game with a simple concept, but it is still better than this trailer.

IS ANYBODY EXCITED FOR BATMAN V SUPERMAN?

There are always going to be exceptions to the rule, but how many people could actually be excited about this movie? The hardcore fans of DC are probably going to look forward to this movie no matter what, but average fans might not be. The Dark Knight trilogy was one of the greatest movie trilogies of all-time and it presented Batman perfectly. This new movie, whether you like it or not, will have to stand up to those movies to be considered a success. It may not be fair, but there is a lot of pressure on this movie.

Lego Batman is a game that will give you mindless entertainment and the new trailer for this movie will just make you mindless. The trailer had the movies release date in 2016, and it will be interesting to see how good, or bad, this movie will be. Anyway, I am going back to playing Lego Batman!

It has been announced that at PlayStation Experience the makers of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Treyarch, will be talking about the game. They say that they will be talking about what they did with the AI and how it could affect future games. One of Activation’s members said that the team of Treyarch had to completely change the AI technology of the game to improve it.

CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS III NEEDS PROPER AI LIKE ANY OTHER GAME

For anybody who does not know, AI stands for artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is one of the most important game features a game can have. Call of Duty: Black Ops III, just like any other game, needs to have smart AI for it to be successful. Artificial intelligence is basically how the computers react and play. AI has nothing to do with human play, but AI is used for enemies, partners that are not human players, etc. Basically, poor AI in a game ends up being very frustrating due to the increase of difficulty it will provide. Some people like more difficult games, but improper AI is not a good type of difficulty.

CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS III TO BE TALKED ABOUT AT PLAYSTATION EXPERIENCE

Members of the design team behind Call of Duty have stated that they are going to be talking about the artificial intelligence, among other things at PlayStation Experience. They announced that it will take place on Saturday, December 5th in San Francisco at the Moscone West Hall. It has not been announced if this gathering will be streamed online or not, but anybody living in San Francisco could attend if they wanted to.

BETTER AI WOULD MAKE CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS III BETTER

Whether or not one thinks the AI is bad for Black Ops III is up for opinion. However, if Treyarch could continue to improve it then the game will continue to improve. It is a very simple idea, but AI really does matter that much and it can ruin a game if developers are not careful.
