Quantum Theory Plus Relativity Equals Unified Otherearths - http://clapway.com/2015/11/13/quantum-theory-plus-relativity-equals-unified-otherearths123/

Why “Mind” and “Brain” Are Not  Interchangeable Terms!

Understanding the parameters of quantum physics as a layman is something I’ve devoted a lifetime to, so – I’m not even close to comprehending all of the factors involved in the details.

Thus I have relied on the expertise of authors like Kip Thorne, Fred Wolf, Gary Zukav, Alan Watts and many others whom I’ve read and re-read extensively to provide me with perspectives on what it all means. Through them I’ve seen a spectrum of Heisenberg, Schrodinger, Einstein, Bohr, Wheeler, Hawking and a smattering of other physicists and gleaned their conclusions, which are in disagreement.

Because of its philosophical ramifications, and because more people I respect lean this way than others, I have chosen the Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum theory (over the Copenhagen) as my model for the backdrop of Otherearths. This requires a certain consistency within the creations based on seven effects bridging the micro and macro realities. These seven effects make anything you find on this website actually possible, despite fantastic appearances to the contrary, far as I’m concerned.

I guess we can call this graphic quantum fiction, quantum theory plus relativity, a specialty branch of science fiction that follows its own rules (that may just be the rules of the “Omniverse” – a term describing the infinity of all universes). I consult very closely with a licensed psychologist regarding the brain, perception, and possibly related mental health issues involving parallel reality crossovers. And it ain’t covered by insurance.

So Otherearths are coming… (as a true believer might expect!) – SMG

Five Tips For a Healthy Body and Mind - http://clapway.com/2015/10/11/five-tips-for-a-healthy-body-and-mind123/

Remaining in tip-top shape, mentally and physically, is incredibly important in the society we live in today. It’s even more important if you want to keep your days filled with adventure after adventure while also possessing the energy to travel around the world. Everyday, billboards and advertisements guide us in immeasurable ways that we don’t fully notice. On a daily basis, we are told what we should eat, how we should look, what’s good for our bodies, and so on. This constant waterfall of ideology that isn’t our own is blinding and disables us from properly thinking for ourselves about what our bodies and mind truly need. These five tips for a healthy body and mind will be helpful reminders in allowing you to get – or stay – healthy for each and every unique adventure you conquer.

1. Sleep
Sleep is incredibly important, but I’m sure you already knew that. The amount of zzz’s you get a night relates to the amount of serotonin (we like to call them happy cells) your body produces to blood sugar management and overall immunity. A good night’s sleep is essential: like a battery, it recharges you for your next adventure. However, contrary to popular opinion, the more sleep you get isn’t always necessarily the better. Find out how many hours make you feel at your best and stick with it.

2. Snacks for the Wise
We eat a lot in one day, and a lot of what we eat, we don’t even realize we’re consuming. Artificial sugars and eight syllable words of who-knows-what on processed cans are just two of the many items we intake on a daily basis. We’re not exactly advocating a vegan lifestyle, but we are endorsing healthier choices. Add a side of greens. Rethink dessert. Say no to cheese and bacon on your fries…or at least think about saying no.

3. Water

Good old H2O is the body’s best friend. Proper hydration is a must in keeping all systems of your body healthy. Precisely eight to 10 ounces a day is what’s recommended. But don’t wait till you’re thirsty to drink some water, because that just means you’re already dehydrated. Woops!

4. Exercise

Like Nike would say: Just Do It.

5. Build Goals

Write down what you want to accomplish in the next month or year, and then, get to work. Moving toward a better version of yourself can only be beneficial. Seeing what you want written down on paper makes it real. It makes it tangible and in your hands. Whether you want to cut down on drinking, change career paths, or simply be kinder, the decision to progress will always be and remain in your hands.
