This device could seriously help China, and it could join Microsoft and IBM in the goal of eliminating air pollution there.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency states that this can cause bronchitis, asthma, and various other breathing diseases. An eight-year-old girl has already developed lung cancer in China, and doctors said that it was caused by the air pollution.
