The Razer Laptop is Officially Better than the Macbook  - http://clapway.com/2016/01/06/the-razer-laptop-is-officially-better-than-the-macbook-123/

Razer is breaking some ground by announcing the launch the Razer Blade Stealth, the most exciting laptop made for gamers. The laptop was unveiled at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and it is 12.5 inches of dreams come true.

The starting price for this laptop is $999. It’s a significant difference to it’s main competitors, especially Apple’s Macbook series. Its touchscreen display is made up of 2560×1440-pixel super HD resolution. It also features a Core i7 processor, 8GB or memory and 128GB of solid-state storage. All of that is in the ultra thin 2.75 pounds, designed in a unibody aluminium frame. For a little extra, customers can get a 4K resolution display that supports every part of the Adobe RGB color spectrum and has a 512GB SSD).

The Perfect Laptop for Gamers

Every single unit of the Razer Blade Stealth features a RGB backlit keyboard. This would make it the first of its kind. Every key can be customized to light up in the user’s color of choice. Buyers even have the choice to set patterns to animate the keyboard lights. This doesn’t come as much of a surprise since the firm is first and foremost a gaming company.

Follow Up Announcement: The Razer Core

Razer also announced the launch of a new external graphics docking station. It’s set to launch throughout the first half of 2016. It will support any recent full-size desktop-grade graphics card made by Nvidia or AMD. The Razer Core will also support external monitors and will have an Ethernet cable slot. It will also feature four USB ports.

The Core and the Stealth can be connected through a single reversible USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3 cable. This can extend screens to the monitor and add to gamer’s peripheral vision. It can also serve as a laptop charger and improve the laptop’s performance at the same time. Disconnecting the devices will not interrupt gaming in the least, and they can even be replaced while powered.

There are a couple of drawbacks to this new laptop. Razer revealed that the laptop only runs on 8 hours of battery on the standard version, with 6 hours on the 4K version. There’s a chance those numbers are actually a little lower.

There’s also no price tag attached to the Core, nor is there any information regarding which devices will support it. Right now, it’s set to be compatible only with the Stealth. The new laptop will be available in the Microsoft Store in February, but it is on sale on the Razer US website today to ship in February. There hasn’t been any information released about availability of these devices outside of the United States.

Apple Watch Sales Decline Faster Than Experts Thought - http://clapway.com/2015/07/08/apple-watch-sales-decline-faster-than-experts-thought234/

Reports have shown that consumer interest in the Apple Watch has declined faster than anticipated. The sales for this wearable technology have plummeted 90 percent since its launch in April of this year.

APPLE WATCH HAS SOLD 2.8 BILLION BANDS SINCE ITS RELEASE IN APRIL

Since its release, it has sold over 2.8 million bands and has given the company a large source of income. The Apple Watch has been rumored to have more of a cult following than the original iPhone. New market research has shown that the United States consumer interest in the Apple Watch has dropped significantly. It went from around 200,000 sales per day during the week of its launch, to daily sales have trickled to a mere 5,000 purchases a day. During its first week, Apple was selling from 30,000 to 35,000 units per day.

APPLE WATCH SPORT HAS BEEN A SUCCESS

Research has showed the entry-level, cost effective, Apple Watch Sport is the only one that is seeing strong demand and is the best selling model so far. It has also been said that Apple’s Watch Gold Edition, at a whopping $10,000, has sold a little under 2,000 units in the United States.

This is a common trend- to see interest and sales drop after the launch and hype of a new product. Experts say this may be the truth for the Apple Watch.

INDEPENDENT RESEARCH IS THE ONLY SOLID INFO OUT

Independent market research has been the only indicator for the success of the Apple Watch because Apple hasn’t been able to release the official sales numbers for the still-new product.

DEMAND LOWERS AND COMPETITION INCREASES FOR APPLE

Apple began to venture into the smart watch market to being growth as the demand lowers and the competition increases in the smart phone and tablet market. Apple is also expected to update its current line of iPhones with a possible iPhone 6s or 7 in September. This is to follow the success of the iPhone 6 series. There are also rumors of Apple developing a larger iPad, that will go by the name of iPad Pro.
