YouTube has been hiding some porn on its website, disguised as ‘educational videos’ about content that could be considered explicit. Will Twitch join? Although the content itself is age restricted and will ask for verification, the fact this content is even available is questionable.
YouTube Has Cleverly Hidden Clips That are Very Rated X
The five most notable videos include: ‘How to Shave Your Legs‘, posted by Femhealth. The video starts out like any tutorial would, until it starts to display full female nudity and shots of a fully naked woman in the bath. The same channel has posted other videos like ‘How to Shave Your Public Hair’ that feature even more shameless nudity.
Another even more cleverly hidden video is an Irish skin cream advertisement. The video is titled ‘Elave Nothing to Hide Naked Commercial‘. It features New Zealand actress Tyler Jane-Mitchel and other male actors fully naked in full shots. It’s hard to say how exactly this video got past YouTube guidelines or how it’s still on the platform.
Beauty and Education Have Blurred Lines
Channels dedicated to beauty and wellness get away with a lot of stuff. One video that has escaped YouTube police by miracle features a man getting a Brazillian wax. The video is clearly marked 18+. As the title indicates, it’s a 30-minute long video about a man having his pubic hair waxed, and even shows him becoming aroused as the beautician does her job. Another video features a woman getting a Brazilian wax, but also having her genitals massaged by a female beautician. This video is shot in full view, and it’s amazing YouTube hasn’t banned it yet.
Education is a nice label to hide under, but it can be a double-edged sword. One video titled ‘Tutorial: How to Put a Condom‘ can be really helpful, but this video is too explicit. It goes through the process of teaching viewers how to have safe sex and it’s not subtle in the least. This video is a little more vague in terms of whether or not it should be allowed. It’s safe to say that at least in American public schools, sex education is extremely lacking.

Niche streaming websites like Twitch could also be hiding porn content. Twitch is a platform for video game streaming. Video games may also contain 18+ content. Some video games even revolve around this kind of raunchy content. Twitch guidelines regarding porn content are also vague. Platforms like this one could be hiding much, to be found only by those who know how to look.
